I offer my clients an encouraging and safe environment for healing from stressful life events, patterns of beliefs and behaviours that are holding them back from living life to the fullest. I have more than 25 years of experience working in mental health. In counselling I use a process-based approach drawing from ACT, DBT, Ego State Therapy and EMDR with an emphasis on connecting mind and body to improve all domains of health; mental, physical, social, emotional and spiritual health. Not all insurance plans cover my fees. I advise clients to call their insurance company directly to inquire if my services are covered. I can provide direct billing for some companies.
